We encourage all of our clients to complete an online Customer
Review, as we believe that this is vital to help us to keep
ahead of the competition and to remain competitive. It
also enables us to maintain the highest possible standards
through quality work, enabling us to retain the reputations
that we are extremely proud to have attained.
As part of the online Customer Review process, you
will be asked to provide your name,
location and emailaddress. This can be your full name, or your just your
initial and surname if you prefer. They also ask you to
specify your location and it's perfectly acceptable just
to state 'Sussex', if you prefer not to disclose your precise
location. Although you will also be asked to provide your
email address, I can also assure you that it will
NOT bedisplayed online. Neither will you receive any unsolicited
emails from FreeIndex or from any third parties, due to
their very strict data protection policy.
You will also find FreeIndex to be a valuable online resource
for finding other trade professionals e.g. plasterers, plumbers,
heating engineers, builders, electricians etc., to complete
other work in your home. The FreeIndex UK Business Review
Index website has thousands of traders listed - many of whom
also display excellent 'Customer Reviews' to help in your
choice. When searching, you can filter your search options
according to your location and this narrows the selection
process to help you find a trader close to home.

Once you have submitted your 'Customer Review' it has
to be vetted and verified by the FreeIndex Team, before
it can be published online. They have a sophisticated
verification system in place to prevent unscrupulous
traders from creating false or fictitious reviews on
themselves. Once you have submitted your online
Customer Review, you will receive an email back from
FreeIndex, containing a special link which you
MUST
activate to validate the review. Failure to do soprevents the review from going 'live' or from being counted.
Although you will be asked to provide your email address
it will NOT published online and is used only to
validate that your review is from a genuine email address.
